Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean ham
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    dry mustard
    brown sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together the pork, ham, eggs, 1 cup milk and bread crumbs. Make into a loaf.
    Cover thickly with dry mustard, then cover with brown sugar.
    Pour 1 cup milk around the loaf in a pan.
    Bake slowly for 2 hours.
    Do not cover or baste.
