Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. pineapple juice
    6 level Tbsp. flour
    1 c. flour
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Stir and heat the first 3 ingredients.
    Add cheese; melt.
    Add pineapple.
    Stir and mix.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Crumble crackers on top.
    Drizzle melted margarine on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
