Jalapeno Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans jalapeno peppers, seeded and slivered
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated, or 1/2 white Mexican cheese and 1/2 Cheddar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Arrange the peppers in a greased 10-inch pie plate. Cover with the cheese. Pour eggs over the cheese. Bake at 275\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes or until set. Cut into small wedges and serve hot.
