Korean Mon-Du - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. bean sprouts
    1 pkg. spinach
    3 bunches green onions
    1 pkg. bean cake
    sesame oil
    salt and pepper
    beef round, chopped
Preparation
    Boil spinach and bean sprouts.
    Dice onions.
    Chop beef thinly.
    Combine cooked vegetables, bean cake and beef.
    Chop finely together.
    Add sesame oil until mixture can make a ball. Add salt and pepper and mix more.
    Put small mound on Mon-Du or egg roll square and make rectangle.
    Seal edges tightly together with water.
    Steam until dough is tender.
    Dip in soy sauce and vinegar to taste.
