Peanut Chocolate Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self rising flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
    1/3 cup milk
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. applesauce
    1 egg
    1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray bottom of 2 loaf pans (8 x 4 inches).
    Combine flour and sugar.
    Add bananas, milk, peanut butter, applesauce, and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in 3/4 cup of chocolate chips.
    Spoon batter into pans until 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips evenly over batter.
    Bake 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove loaf.
    Cool completely and cup into slices.
