Mrs. Nixon'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cold chicken chunks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. m.s.g.
    2 c. chopped celery
    4 c. sliced hard-cooked eggs
    1 large minced onion
    2 pimentos, finely cut
    2/3 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all but last 3 items and place in large baking dish. Cover with the grated cheese and refrigerate overnight.
    Before baking, add the potato chips and the almonds.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
