Caramel Crackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9 oz.) boxes Ritz Bits
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation

Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Pour syrup over crackers and nuts.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Pour on wax paper and break apart.
Cool.
