Fluffy Hamburger Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 small onion, chopped fine

Preparation

Beat egg yolks about one minute.
Add beaten yolks to ground beef along with chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper and baking powder.
Mix well and set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to meat mixture and mix well.
Drop by tablespoons into hot grease and fry until brown.
