Spicy Chicken Wings(Makes About 20 Appetizers) - cooking recipe

70 Better Cheddars snack thins, finely rolled (about 1 c. crumbs)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (12 oz.) jar Ortega hot, medium or mild thick and chunky salsa
2 lb. chicken wings, halved and tips discarded
Preparation

In small shallow dish, combine cracker crumbs and chili powder; set aside.
Place 3/4 cup salsa in shallow bowl.
Dip chicken pieces in salsa; roll in cracker mixture.
Place on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown, turning after 15 minutes.
Serve hot with remaining salsa.
