Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large potatoes (boiled with skin on)
    7 boiled eggs (put yolks in separate bowl)
    3/4 c. celery, green pepper, green onions and pimentos (whole small jar)
    1 c. pickles
    salt and pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small sour cream
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. mustard (heaping)
Preparation
    Combine vegetables; salt and pepper real good.
    Mash egg yolks with fork; add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar and celery seed.
    Stir and spread over peeled, cut up chunked vegetables and mix.
    Chill.
