Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. raisins
2 c. mashed, peeled and seeded persimmon
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix nuts, raisins, persimmons, sugar, eggs and oil and set aside.
