Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    dash of pepper
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; mash with milk and butter.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
    Garnish with parsley and paprika.
    Makes 6 servings.
