Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Wash and clean mushrooms.
    Remove stems and mince.
    Mix stems, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, butter, garlic, and onion.
    Fill mushrooms with mixture, pressing in firmly.
    Grease (or spray with Pam) a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place mushrooms facing upwards. Pour remaining oil over mushrooms.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
