Apple Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Grease and flour baking pan.
Cream eggs and sugar together. Add oil, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and apples.
Blend well.
Add flour alternately with sour cream.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until pick comes out clean.
Frost when cool with Cream Cheese Icing.
