Golden Onion Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 pkg. golden onion soup mix
8 skinned chicken thighs
1 c. white converted rice
1 (10 oz.) box frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Bring water to boil in a large deep skillet.
Stir in the onion soup and chicken thighs.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in rice and mixed vegetables.
Cover again and cook 20 minutes or until the rice is tender, the liquid is absorbed and the chicken is no longer pink near the bone.
