Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter at room temperature
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cornmeal
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add sugar, cornmeal, vanilla, butter and vinegar; mix well.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then stir gently.
    (Do let this stand for 10 minutes and then stir; it will separate if you do not.)
    Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
