Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 large eggplant
1/2 c. butter or shortening
Preparation

Wash and drain a batch of firm green beans.
Remove ends and strings.
Use a large darning needle with heavy white thread and thread through the pod near the middle of each bean, pushing them along about 1/4-inch apart.
Hang up the strings of beans in warm, well ventilated place to dry.
They will shrivel and turn greenish gray.
