Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Put 3 cups of berries in pie shell. Combine remaining berries and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and cornstarch. Cook till thick and clear. Stir in lemon
juice. Pour over berries in pie shell. Chill several hours. Serve with whipped cream.
