Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix (in canister)
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 small red or green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour stuffing into greased 2-quart baking dish.
Add cheese, chicken and pepper.
In a separate bowl, gradually stir milk into flour.
Stir in eggs.
Pour over stuffing mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
