Chicken Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 Tbsp. oil
2 to 3 carrots, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
3 cans chicken broth
4 cans water
2 Tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon or 4 cubes
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation

Cook chicken with oil in a 6-quart Dutch oven until chicken is opaque.
Add all ingredients except rice and boil gently for 10 minutes.
Add rice and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
