South American Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet cooking chocolate
    1 c. strong coffee (hot)
    6 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water; add coffee.
    Stir well.
    Cook over low heat 1 minute; remove.
    Scald milk; add.
    Simmer until piping hot.
    Beat until frothy on top.
    Set over hot water for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
