Carrot And Orange Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. finely chopped onions
    12 large carrots, peeled and chopped
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. orange juice
    grated fresh orange zest
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pot.
    Add onions.
    Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 25 minutes.
    Add carrots and broth. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until carrots are very tender, about 30 minutes.
