Stuffed Whole Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tomato, fresh (medium size)
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 to 2 oz. ground beef or chicken
Preparation
    Wash tomato and remove the center.
    Sprinkle the hollow with a bit of salt and pepper.
    Mix rice with tomato and the ground meat. Refill the center of the tomato with mixture.
    Place butter on top of tomato and set in a lightly buttered pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
