Speedy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 or 14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    5 saltines, crushed
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine salmon, onion, egg, saltines, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. In a skillet, fry patties in butter over medium heat for
    3 to 4 minutes on each side. Yield: 3 servings.
