Veal Oscar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 veal cutlets (can use chicken)
    olive oil
    1 to 2 pkg. Knorr Bearnaise sauce
    1 to 2 cans crabmeat or imitation
    Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    broccoli or asparagus
    butter
    milk
Preparation
    Clean and dry fish. Cut into pieces. Dip in 1 cup milk after having salted it. Then dredge in bread crumbs. Place in baking dish with a little olive oil and a little butter; no water. Brown quickly in very hot oven.
