Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tenderized round steak, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 can onion soup (not cream of onion soup)
    1/2 can water
    2/3 c. catsup
    1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    cooked white rice (about 4 c.)
Preparation
    Toss steak strips with flour, coating well.
    Brown in oil. Drain well.
    Add soup, water and catsup.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
    Stir to prevent sticking.
    Add bell pepper and cook 30 minutes more.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 6.
