Mama'S Meat And Veggies("Goo-Laush") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground meat
    large onion, chopped
    large bell pepper, chopped
    other mild sweet peppers (if available)
    3 lb. mixed veggies (preferably frozen)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put ground meat in large skillet in a small amount of Crisco oil.
    Add chopped onions, peppers, salt and black pepper.
    Let cook until meat is half done, but not brown or crispy.
    Drain some of the fat.
    Add mixed veggies.
    Let cook on low temperature until all is done.
    Serve hot with cornbread.
