Old English Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (special)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place cooked noodles in a lightly greased 8-cup baking dish. Brown beef in a large skillet.
    Remove meat to a bowl; drain all but 1 tablespoon fat from skillet.
    Saute onion in fat in skillet until tender.
    Return beef.
