Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Mix well and fold in carrots.
    Mix well and pour in three pans and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
