Pork Roast - Herb Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless pork roast
    2 Tbsp. spiced mustard
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. rosemary
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    parsley
    black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Slit pocket inside and stuff.
    Rub on outside as well.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound.
