Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies (Ortega)
    1/3 lb. Jack cheese
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove seeds and pith from chilies.
    Cut Jack cheese into chunks and divide evenly among the chilies, folding or tucking the cheese inside.
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and arrange chilies side by side in the bottom.
