Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in top of double boiler; add vinegar and water.
    Cook 20 minutes over boiling water.
    Yield:
    2 cups sauce.
    Serve over fresh pork or ham.
