Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    1 lb. box light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
