Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos (optional)
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1 pack Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except butter, cracker crumbs and almonds in a bowl. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and butter together and sprinkle over casserole. Top with almonds. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
