Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 to 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 pt. half and half
    3 cans chicken broth
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Melt stick butter in 3 to 4-quart saucepan. Add flour, finely chopped onions and dash of salt and pepper. Add finely chopped broccoli, chicken broth, half and half and water. Lightly salt to taste! Let boil and simmer over very low heat, stirring occasionally.
