Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pieces chicken
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line bottom of baking pan with aluminum foil.
    While oven is preheating, melt margarine in baking pan. Mix dry ingredients in bowl or plastic bag.
    Coat chicken pieces by rolling or shaking in flour.
    Place chicken pieces in melted margarine and turn over to have skin side down.
    (Both sides will be covered with margarine.)
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken. Bake for 30 minutes more.
