Polish Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    3 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pickle, chopped (dill)
    salt and pepper
    vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 onions
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and cool; slice.
    Cook bacon; reserve grease. Crumble in potatoes.
    Add pickle, salt and pepper.
    Cut onion in small pieces.
    Heat bacon grease; add flour, sugar and vinegar. Make a roux.
    Add to potatoes and mix well.
    If too dry, add more warm water.
    Tastes better warm and good for picnics.
