Jack Daniel'S Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. chocolate
5 eggs
1/2 qt. heavy whipping cream
1 oz. Jack Daniel's whiskey
Oreo cookies
butter
whipped cream
shaved chocolate or chocolate morsels

Preparation

Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Separate the eggs.
Add yolks to and blend with chocolate.
(Be sure the yolks are the same temperature as the chocolate.)
