Pork Chop N' Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    24 oz. pkg. frozen O'Brien or hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in lightly greased skillet.
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and set aside.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of French fried onions.
    Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange chops over potatoes.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 4 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
