Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1/4 c. milk
    2 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    In small bowl, soak bread in milk. In large bowl, combine onion, bread and remaining ingredients. Mix with hands until thoroughly combined.
    Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan (lightly greased).
    Bake 1 hour.
