Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 stick margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can beef consomm soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Melt margarine in saut pan. Brown pork chops, then remove. Add bell pepper and onion; saut. Take off heat and add soups and rice. Stir. Lay pork chops on top and cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
