Man On The Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together.
Add to egg mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread with Lunar Topping.
Cool before cutting.
