Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 400\u00b0, lightly grease a 10-inch pie pan. Sprinkle broccoli, cheese and onion in pie plate.
    Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper in medium size bowl with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0) for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Refrigerate any remaining quiche.
