1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 large eggs, separated
2 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. seedless blackberry jam
1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9-inch Bundt cake pan.
Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add the egg yolks and beat well.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Stir the jam into sour cream.
Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture, alternating with the sour cream.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold into the batter.
