Fried Won Tons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground meat (pork, beef or chicken)
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 drops sesame oil (optional)
30 won tons
peanut oil or salad oil (for deep frying)
Preparation

Filling:
Add water, cornstarch, salt and sesame oil to meat. Mix thoroughly until the meat is completely blended and smooth.
