Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (medium)
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook potatoes in skins.
Peel and shred.
Combine cheese and butter over low heat and stir.
Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Put into medium-size casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8 people.
