Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sauerkraut
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine kraut, celery, bell pepper, onion and pimento.
    In a separate bowl, mix sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Pour dressing over kraut mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, stirring once or twice.
