Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples, diced
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. salted peanuts
1 jar caramel topping
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, juice, egg and vinegar.
Cook over low heat until thickened.
Refrigerate until cold.
Fold in Cool Whip and the cooled dressing together.
Add fruits and nuts.
Drizzle caramel toping on top and sprinkle with nuts.
Put in glass bowl. Serves 8 to 10.
