Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix milk, flour and sugar together.
    Mix lemon, eggs and salt together.
    Combine both mixtures.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
