Fish Fry(Like Long John Silver'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen flounder, sole, cod or other fish
    Sweet-Sour Sauce
    salad oil
    3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw fish.
    Prepare Sweet-Sour Sauce (below).
    Separate fillets.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Heat oil in a Fry Daddy. Mix flour, water, baking powder and salt.
    Using tongs, coat fillets with batter.
    Fry fish in hot oil until golden.
    Drain well and serve with Sweet-Sour Sauce.
